The eocnomic downturn has taken another victim...my shih tzu! He hasn't got his grooming for close to 3 months liao. His eyes are now almost covered by his fringe.  Poor thing, except he doesn't seem to mind or complain. He only worries if he hasn't got reats to eat or spend enough chance next to my side.
